Hi, I’m Alice — Director of The Blond Allie.
With over 16 years in the hair industry, I’m now loving this next chapter as a salon owner, where my focus is on creating seamless, lived-in colour and leading a talented, like-minded team. I’m passionate about refining the details, elevating the client experience, and building a space where both clients and stylists feel genuinely looked after.
Outside the salon, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends — or hanging out with my puppy, Penny.

I’ve been in the industry for over 10 years and am a passionate, proactive salon manager specialising in seamless extension blends, blondes, and brondes. I’m dedicated to delivering exceptional results and an elevated client experience.
Outside of the salon, I’m all about self-care, whether that’s binge watching a good series, heading out for dinner with my partner, or escaping down south to spend time with my family.

Im obsessed with creating glossy brunettes and effortless blondes. I’m passionate about perfecting hair that makes you feel confident and your absolute best. When I’m not in the salon, I’m with my little family, usually by the beach or exploring new places.

Hi, I’m Brooklyn, a senior stylist here at The Blond Allie.
I’m passionate about creating seamless, beautiful hair that my clients truly love. I specialise in bright, lived-in blondes and custom extension blends. My goal is to make every client feel at home in my chair, offering an enjoyable experience where you can feel your absolute best.
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me at the beach on sunny days or out on the weekend enjoying a drink with friends.

Hey everyone! I'm Liv, a third-year apprentice here at The Blond Allie I'm absolutely obsessed with all things hair - especially the magic of a big transformation! There's nothing better than helping our clients feel beautiful, confident, and totally themselves.
Outside the salon, you'll find me soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring the coast with my friends and family, or having a cozy movie night with my partner

Hi, I’m Tayla I’m a 1st year apprentice and absolutely loving the journey so far. You’ll usually find me perfecting a blow dry, shampooing, or helping the girls around the salon. I love being a part of the team and learning something new every day. I may still be learning, but one thing’s for sure; I’ve got a big passion for hair and can’t wait to keep growing in the industry.
