All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To allow us to manage our time effectively and offer appointments to other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Terms:
• 48 hours or more notice: No charge
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 30% of the booked service(s) will be charged
• No-show: 100% of the booked service(s) will be charged

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via our online booking system or by contacting the salon directly.
